DHL and Temu partner to boost local businesses

DHL Group, a global logistics leader, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with e-commerce marketplace Temu to expand their collaboration and support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in established and emerging markets, including the Middle East and Eastern Europe. The partnership focuses on improving trade compliance and sustainable supply chain solutions.

Under the agreement, DHL will leverage its logistics network and multimodal transport solutions to enhance Temu’s supply chain efficiency. The company will also assist Temu’s European operations, particularly its "local-to-local" model, where regional merchants sell and fulfill orders locally. Temu anticipates that up to 80% of its European sales will come from this model. Additionally, the platform plans to help European sellers access global markets, enabling SMEs to scale their businesses.
